At GODA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our beauty experts inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
